Roles:
- Support the marketing team in planning and executing digital campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Meta, LinkedIn, Google).
- Assist in content creation — social media posts, reels, short videos, website banners, emailers.
- Manage daily social media engagement and analytics tracking.
- Coordinate with design, influencer, and content partners for timely deliverables.
- Research trends, competitors, and new digital tools to enhance brand reach.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and publish posts across social media platforms.
- Track campaign performance and prepare weekly reports.
- Ideate and write short-form content (captions, stories, ad copies).
- Assist in managing collaborations and community building.
- Support product launches, influencer outreach, and digital events.
- Maintain content calendars and ensure brand voice consistency.
Requirements:
- Passion for digital marketing, branding, and storytelling.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads, Canva, or similar tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English & Hindi).
- Knowledge of social media trends and analytics tools.
- Creative thinker, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Students or recent graduates in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields are preferred.
