Service Desk Associate

We are hiring Service Desk Associates with strong communication skills and basic technical troubleshooting capabilities. Candidates will support international clients by resolving technical queries and ensuring seamless IT service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide L0/L1 technical support to international users.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to systems, applications, and networks.
  • Log, track, and escalate tickets as per defined process.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution.
  • Maintain high-quality service delivery and documentation.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Ability to interact with foreign customers professionally.
  • Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of IT operations and service desk workflows.
  • Flexibility to work in night shifts and rotational week-offs.

Educational Requirement:

  • Engineering Background: B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA (mandatory for SD role)

Candidate Profile:

  • Freshers and experienced candidates (0–5 years) can apply.
  • Must be open to working in Bangalore or Pune.
