Airbus is hiring for the role of Product Design Intern!
Responsibilities of the Intern:
- Develop and implement CATIA macros for Airframe design
- Create prototypes, models and computerized images for design (2D & 3D CAD Data)
- Follow all set quality standards, processes, engineering principles and best practices
- Establish timelines and work processes for finished product
- Collaborate with other teams to determine if designs meet customer needs
Requirements:
- Strong engineering fundamentals including knowledge of structural design, mechanical design, material properties & some awareness of Aerospace Industry standards for aircraft Structures
- Candidate should be a technically adept problem-solver, eager to use their mathematical and scientific abilities to build and solve Design Problems.
- Awareness & Knowledge of CAD Tools (AutoCAD, CATIA, Unigraphics/NX) for Modeling would be an added advantage.
- Excellent Communication & soft skills
- Proactive, flexible & adaptive to changing project scenarios and requirements.
