IT Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Research and identify potential clients in need of web development services, including custom websites, e-commerce platforms, SEO, and digital marketing.
  • Understand client needs and requirements to recommend tailored web development solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with prospective clients to close sales.
  • Work with internal teams (designers, developers, project managers) to ensure the proposed solution is feasible and aligns with client expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, follow-up, and regular communication.
  • Maintain an up-to-date CRM system to track leads, prospects, and sales activities.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns, generate leads, and ensure alignment between sales and marketing strategies.
  • Provide feedback on sales materials and marketing collateral based on client interactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2-3 years of sales experience, ideally in a web development, software, or technology-related industry.
  • Understanding of web development services (e.g., custom websites, e-commerce platforms, SEO, web design).
  • Proven ability to generate leads, build a sales pipeline, and close deals.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to engage clients and present solutions effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS, SEO, etc.).
  • Previous experience in selling web development, SaaS products, or IT services.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and trends.
