HR Analytics & Reporting Analyst

Hitachi is hiring for the role of HR Analytics & Reporting Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Proficiency in Workday Prism Analytics and Workday Report Writer
  • Design, develop, and optimize dashboards and reports using Workday Prism and Workday Report Writer.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting requirements.
  • Translate business needs into scalable, data-driven reporting solutions.
  • Utilize external BI tools to support advanced data visualization and modeling use cases.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define and maintain key performance metrics.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting outputs.
  • Promote self-service analytics by training end-users and enabling access to insights.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in an HR Analytics, Reporting, or Business Intelligence role.
  • Knowledge of HR processes is also beneficial.
  • A relevant degree in HR, Analytics, Business, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential for gathering requirements, translating business needs, partnering with teams, and ensuring data accuracy.
