We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience in CSM / ITSM modules. The ideal candidate must be a ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and should have a solid understanding of ITIL processes and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications using CSM and ITSM modules
- Configure workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and ACLs
- Customize and enhance Service Portal components (preferred)
- Ensure alignment with ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Perform unit testing, deployment support, and production issue resolution
- Maintain technical documentation and coding standards
Desired Skills & Competencies:
Must-Have Skills:
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Mandatory
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow CSM / ITSM
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and implementations
- Working experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
