Junior IT Recruiter

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and networking.
  • Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interest.
  • Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future job openings.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Stay informed about IT industry trends and market conditions to enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
