Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications
- Work on frontend interfaces to ensure good user experience
- Support backend development including APIs, server-side logic, and database interactions
- Work on live projects and internal applications under guidance
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and senior developers to understand requirements
- Write clean and maintainable code with proper documentation
- Debug and test applications to improve performance and stability
- Receive regular feedback, reviews, and support from senior team members
- Stay updated with new tools, technologies, and industry practices
Required Skills & Eligibility:
- Basic understanding or interest in learning HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Exposure to React / MERN stack is a plus but not mandatory
- Basic awareness of backend concepts and databases
- Familiarity with REST APIs and web applications is an advantage
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a professional environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Candidates from non-CS / non-IT backgrounds with strong interest in software development are welcome
