Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor coordination professionally
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation (digital & physical)
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments
- Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative assistance
- Schedule meetings, prepare reports, and assist with internal communications
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and facilities are well maintained
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
