Digital Marketing Internship

Role Overview:

  • The Digital Marketing Intern will assist in executing digital campaigns, content initiatives, paid advertising, and analytics reporting. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role offering exposure to performance marketing, content strategy, and growth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management:

  • Assist in planning and scheduling posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
  • Coordinate creatives, captions, and hashtags
  • Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages
  • Track follower growth and engagement metrics

2. Paid Advertising Support:

  • Assist in setting up Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
  • Monitor key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
  • Support audience targeting and retargeting setup
  • Prepare weekly performance reports

3. Content Creation & Coordination:

  • Draft captions, blogs, and email content
  • Assist in basic graphic design using Canva/Adobe
  • Coordinate with designers and video editors
  • Maintain the content calendar

4. SEO & Website Optimization:

  • Conduct keyword research
  • Optimize website content for on-page SEO
  • Support backlink outreach initiatives
  • Monitor Google Analytics and Search Console insights

5. Analytics & Reporting:

  • Prepare daily/weekly performance dashboards
  • Analyze campaign data and highlight insights
  • Support A/B testing documentation

Requirements:

Educational Background:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field

Technical Skills:

  • Basic understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools
  • Knowledge of SEO fundamentals
  • Basic understanding of Google Analytics

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
