  • Facebook / Meta Ads Library
  • TikTok
  • YouTube Shorts
  • Reddit and similar platforms
  • Identify viral and trending hooks aligned with product categories
  • Collect, organize, and tag video references by:
  • Product fit
  • Audience relevance
  • Deliver structured video idea lists with hooks and angles
  • Maintain and update a centralized creative research library
  • Refine ideas based on Department Head feedback
  • Support upcoming campaigns with advance creative research
  • Ensure consistency, clarity, and quality in submissions

Requirements:

  • Strong internet and content research skills
  • Familiarity with short-form video platforms
  • Ability to identify:
  • Trends
  • Hooks
  • Creative patterns
  • Basic documentation and organization skills
  • Strong observation and analytical thinking
  • Creativity and curiosity

  • Consistency and discipline in daily output
  • 0–2 years of experience in:
