- Facebook / Meta Ads Library
- TikTok
- YouTube Shorts
- Reddit and similar platforms
- Identify viral and trending hooks aligned with product categories
- Collect, organize, and tag video references by:
- Product fit
- Audience relevance
- Deliver structured video idea lists with hooks and angles
- Maintain and update a centralized creative research library
- Refine ideas based on Department Head feedback
- Support upcoming campaigns with advance creative research
- Ensure consistency, clarity, and quality in submissions
Requirements:
- Strong internet and content research skills
- Familiarity with short-form video platforms
- Ability to identify:
- Trends
- Hooks
- Creative patterns
- Basic documentation and organization skills
- Strong observation and analytical thinking
- Creativity and curiosity
- High attention to detail
- Ability to incorporate feedback and improve ideas
- Consistency and discipline in daily output
- 0–2 years of experience in:

- Creative support roles
