Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
- Manage ROI-driven performance marketing strategies for finance and lifestyle brands
- Track, analyze, and report KPIs, user engagement, and campaign performance
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Oversee daily social media content (reels, posts, stories), scheduling, and community interaction
- Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure brand-aligned creatives
- Manage Shopify operations, including product uploads, collections, and conversion optimization
- Collaborate with developers for website updates, SEO, performance, and UX optimization
- Optimize websites for lead generation and improved customer experience
- Coordinate mobile app updates, UI/UX improvements, and product integrations
- Align app features with ongoing marketing campaigns
- Plan and execute lead generation and revenue-focused campaigns across finance and e-commerce
- Analyze customer data, market trends, and competition to recommend growth strategies
- Identify, test, and scale high-performing marketing channels (paid, organic, email, partnerships)
- Collaborate with sales, tech, design, and leadership teams to align business objectives
- Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and marketing ROI to management
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in full-stack digital marketing
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, email, affiliate marketing, and analytics
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, WordPress/custom CMS, and app management tools
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and user journeys (finance & fashion domains)
- Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and platform algorithms
- Strong analytical, data-driven, and ROI-focused mindset
- Proven team collaboration and leadership skills
