Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and networking.
- Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interest.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future job openings.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Stay informed about IT industry trends and market conditions to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
